Working principle: In the diaphragm pump two symmetric working chamber, each equipped with a piece of elastic diaphragm, the rod will be two diaphragm into one body, compressed air from the pump inlet joint into the valve, promote the diaphragm in the two working chamber, drive the rod connected two diaphragm synchronous movement. At the same time, the gas in the other working chamber is discharged from the back of the diaphragm out of the pump, and the valve mechanism automatically introduces compressed air into the other working chamber, pushing the diaphragm in the opposite direction, so that the synchronous reciprocating motion of the two diaphragmes is formed.

Notes for use: 1, ensure that the particles contained in the fluid do not exceed the pump safe through the particle diameter standard. The exhaust of the diaphragm pump may contain solid objects. Do not point the exhaust port at the working area or people to avoid personal injury.

2, the intake pressure should not exceed the allowable use pressure of the pump, higher than the rated pressure of compressed air may cause personal injury and damage the performance of the pump.

3. Ensure that the pump pressure pipeline system can withstand the output pressure achieved, and ensure the clean and normal working conditions of the driving gas path system.

4, according to the need to use a large enough cross-sectional area of the wire, the grounding screw on the pump properly and reliably grounded.
