Electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump, because the diaphragm material has made breakthrough progress, to be used in petrochemical, ceramics, metallurgy and other industries, is characterized by no irrigation water, strong self-priming ability. The transmission medium will be directly separated from the transmission mechanical parts, so the medium will not leak outwards. And the pump itself has no shaft seal, the service life is greatly extended.　　

1. Electric diaphragm pump device and startup:

Electric diaphragm pumps should be placed as close to the product as possible, while keeping the pump as close to the liquid being pumped as possible. A slow pressure adjustment device is required to extend diaphragm life when inlet pressure exceeds 10 ft (3 m) liquid column. If hard piping is installed, use a short hose connection between the pump and the pipe. The hose can reduce the vibration and distortion of the pipe and is recommended for use in a pressure stabilizer tank to further reduce the pulse in the fluid.　　

2. Power supply to electric diaphragm pump:

The gas supply pressure of metal diaphragm pump shall not exceed 125PSI(8.6BAR) and plastic pump shall not exceed 100PSI(6.9BAR). Connect the air inlet of the pump to a power supply with sufficient capacity and pressure in accordance with the design requirements. If the power line is a hard pipe, connect a short hose between the pump and the pipe to reduce distortion. In addition to the cap, the weight of the regulator filter must also be supported in some way. If you don't support the pipe, you might damage the pump.　

3. Check before operation of electric diaphragm pump:　

Before the electric diaphragm pump works, check all the fixed objects to prevent slack, tighten the loose place to avoid leakage, and fix with the method described in the card attached with the fire pump.　　

4. Starting of diaphragm pump:

When starting, the valve opens about 1/2 to 3/4 turns. After the pump starts, open the power valve to increase the power intensity to achieve the required amount of power.

5, electric diaphragm pump exhaust:

If the diaphragm is broken, the extracted liquid or gas will enter the air port of the pump and be discharged into the atmosphere. When weixian or du substance is extracted, it needs to be piped to a suitable place for safety treatment. If the pump is sunk into the liquid, the air should be discharged from the liquid surface, and the exhaust pipe should not be less than 1 "(2.45CM). Reducing the size of the exhaust pipe will limit the air flow and reduce the pump availability. When the material level is higher than the pump, the outlet should be in a higher place to prevent siphon phenomenon. At a certain temperature and humidity, the discharged gas may freeze. Blowdown pumps used for gas drying can eliminate most of these problems.

6, electric diaphragm pump used after:

If used to transport easily cured substances, in order to prevent damage to the pump, after each use to thoroughly clean the pump. At freezing temperatures, the pump must be drained after use in any case.
