Pneumatic diaphragm pump is one of the most novel pumps in China, for all kinds of corrosive liquids, with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, explosive, highly toxic liquid, ceramic glaze slurry, fruit slurry, glue, tanker storage oil recovery, temporary pour tank and other liquids can be pumped out.

Pneumatic diaphragm pump, also known as control pump, is the main type of actuator, by accepting the control signal output of the modulation unit, with the help of dynamic operation to change the flow of fluid. Diaphragm pump is generally composed of actuator and valve. Using compressed air as power source, for all kinds of corrosive liquid, liquid with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic liquid, can be pumped out. A system of diaphragm pump equipment consisting of one or more double-sided pumps, such as a pneumatic double-diaphragm pump. The collection tubes on the pump are separated so that each side of the pump pumps out one of the components of the multi-component material, and an accumulator is connected to the output on both sides so that the out-of-phase output of the pump becomes in-phase. Diaphragm isolation valves can be selected to exit on each side of the pump to prevent backflow of mixed materials. If a mixing ratio other than 1:1 is needed, more than one of these pumps can be used together to achieve a variety of mixing ratios.

Pneumatic diaphragm pump work, but the flow is small or no liquid outflow: check the pump cavitation phenomenon, reduce the speed of the pump to let the liquid into the liquid chamber. Check whether the ball is stuck. If the operating liquid is incompatible with the elastic body of the pump, the elastic body will have the phenomenon of expansion. Please replace the elastomer with the appropriate material. Check whether the pump inlet joint is completely locked without leakage, especially the clamp near the valve ball at the inlet end should be locked. The air valve of the diaphragm pump is frozen: check whether the water content of the compressed air is too high, install the air drying equipment, the outlet of the diaphragm pump has bubbles: check whether the diaphragm is broken, check whether the clamp is locked, especially the inlet pipe clamp.

Check whether the diaphragm is cracked, check whether the diaphragm and the inner and outer splints on the shaft clamp the valve to rattle: increase the outlet or inlet head. Pneumatic, electric diaphragm pump no action or operation is slow: check the air inlet end of the screen or air filter device whether there are impurities. Check whether the air valve is stuck and clean the air valve with cleaning liquid. Check the air valve for wear and replace it with new parts if necessary. Check the condition of the sealing parts of the center body. If it is seriously worn, the sealing effect cannot be achieved, and the air will be discharged from the air outlet end. Check the piston activity in the air valve is normal. Check the type of lubricating oil. If the viscosity of the oil added is higher than the recommended oil, the piston may become stuck or operate incorrectly. Light and frost resistant lubricants are recommended.
